Your right

If you buy as a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the candles, without giving a reason.

The 14 days start the day after the parcel arrives. Write to us within that time. Then send the goods back within another 14 days.

How

Send an email to info@lumeaeterna.com with your order number and the words “I withdraw” (or use the form below). That is enough.

Return the candles to: Lumea Eterna, Daugavlīči, Pilskalnes pagasts, Augšdaugavas novads, LV-5447, Latvia.

Please send them unused and unburned, in the same wrapping if you still have it. If a candle has been lit, we may deduct the loss in value.

Cost of return

You pay the return postage, unless the goods were damaged, wrong, or not as described. We refund the price and the original outbound shipping (except extra costs if you chose a dearer method than the cheapest we offered).

We refund within 14 days of being told you withdraw, using the same means you paid with. We may wait until the candles are back, or until you show they have been sent.

Complaints

If a candle is damaged or not what you ordered, write to info@lumeaeterna.com first.
