Who we are

Lumea Eterna is a self-employed maker of beeswax candles, not a limited company. Lumea Eterna, Daugavlīči, Pilskalnes pagasts, Augšdaugavas novads, LV-5447, Latvia.

The contract

You browse, put candles in the cart, and pay. The contract is formed when payment is received. You will get an email with your order number. Keep it.

We sell to consumers in Latvia and the rest of the European Union. We do not currently ship beyond the EU.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. What you see is what you pay for the goods, plus shipping if it applies. Promo codes, if valid, reduce the goods total as shown at checkout.

You pay by card through Stripe. We never see your full card number.

Delivery

Orders leave the studio in Latvia within 2–4 working days, unless we write to you otherwise. Latvia from €4, free over €40. Rest of the EU from €12, free over €70.

Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.

Withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, you have 14 days to change your mind. How to do that, and a model form, are on the Returns page. That page is part of these terms.

Complaints

If something is wrong, write first to info@lumeaeterna.com. We will try to put it right.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Latvia. That does not take away any protection you have as a consumer in your own EU country.
